Zachary Rios is a healthcare professional with more than nine years of experience helping individuals navigate mental health challenges and substance use disorders. As the Medical Director of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for a county correctional facility, Zachary oversees addiction treatment services for individuals working toward recovery. He also has extensive experience providing care in an inpatient detoxification setting, treating patients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. His goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their recovery journey.
Zachary combines medication management with proven therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and supportive therapy.
